Simply download the app and login using your existing Texecom Registered Installer login credentials.

New to the Texecom Registered Installer scheme?
You can register straight away through either the TexecomPro app or the Texecom website. By registering you’ll be sent login information which can be used to access professional installer-only content on the Texecom website or TexecomPro app.
With its intuitive, fast navigation, the app really simplifies the process of gaining access to the information you need quickly and easily. You can even save documents in your favourites. No more hunting on the website for product manuals or specification sheets - it’s all on the app!

Manuals 
Product information and instructions are accessed by simply scanning the barcode on the product, which instantly calls up all the relevant information.

Premier Elite V5.00 Firmware

Premier Elite V5.00 firmware facilitates control panel firmware upgrades when used with the Texecom Connect SmartCom V2.00 (and above) and a valid Texecom Cloud subscription.

Premier Elite V5.00 firmware is now available on all Premier Elite control panels. Texecom registered installers can access details of all Premier Elite firmware versions on the ‘Support’ page of the Texecom website. Premier Elite V5.00 is compatible with SmartCom V1.3 and above.

Texecom Connect SmartCom V2.00 Firmware

To upgrade an installed Texecom Connect SmartCom, simply access the site via the Texecom Cloud or via the Texecom Connect App using the control panel engineer’s code, and follow the instructions found here.

The upgrade process will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and during this time the Texecom Connect SmartCom will be offline. Once completed, the Texecom Connect SmartCom will operate normally.
