Due to expansion Texecom ltd are expanding their Technical Support Department.
Texecom are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to play a key role within the company. Working as part of the existing Technical Support team based in Haslingden, Lancashire, England, the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering an outstanding support service to our existing customers on all technical product enquiries. The service provided will range from giving advice on programming and software support through to problem solving, if and when technical issues arise. This will involve providing advice via telephone, email and Skype to both UK and Export customers. The role is varied and rewarding. The ideal candidate will able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills with technical experience in the security industry. experience of a technical helpdesk environment, would be an advantage.
