Texecom has released V3.02 firmware for all Premier Elite control panels.
This new firmware release includes a variety of feature enhancements and bug fixes, highlights of which include:
Premier Elite CO-W device support
Texecom’s upcoming Premier Elite CO-W is a wireless carbon monoxide sensor with Ricochet® mesh technology. The Premier Elite CO-W constantly monitors for the presence of carbon monoxide and immediately alerts users when CO is detected.
V3.02 contains a new zone attribute for 24-hour gas devices (Premier Elite CO-W only).
Resolved ATS Failures and Com Port Fault notifications
Some customers have experienced ATS Failures and Com Port Fault notifications when using Premier Elite ComIP and ComWiFi communicators, in conjunction with the Premier Elite Mobile app. These issues have been rectified in V3.02.
Improved Clock Accuracy
The clock accuracy has been further improved to remove potential issues caused by fluctuation in the mains frequency. Additional algorithms have been added that detect and compensate for mains frequency ripples and spikes, which would otherwise affect clock accuracy.
Premier Elite V3.02 is now available on all Premier Elite control panels. Texecom Registered Installers can access details of all Premier Elite firmware versions on the ‘Support’ page of the Texecom website.
Premier Elite V3.02 requires:
Ricochet Monitor V2.18.5 & Wintex V6.2.3.2
Texecom is currently developing Premier Elite V4 firmware to support the upcoming launch of Texecom Connect. Details of Premier Elite V4 firmware and Texecom Connect availability will be forthcoming.
