Texecom Extended May Break

Our teams and manufacturing facilities will be taking an extended Easter holiday - closing from Wednesday night (6th May) and re-opening next Tuesday morning (12th May).

As a result, Texecom will not be despatching goods, or receiving deliveries from suppliers, during this period.

Our technical support services will continue to operate during normal working hours and will only be unavailable during the UK bank holiday (Friday 8th May). For technical support enquiries contact techsupport@texe.com or call +44(0)1706 212524.

We are pleased to announce our May online training schedule, following unprecedented demand and engagement during April. From Monday 4th May we will be running a series of free online Texecom Academy workshops Monday - Thursday every week until further notice.

Following feedback from our participants during April we have scheduled some afternoon sessions for our most popular courses. We are running more of the courses that were oversubscribed during April, and we have increased the number of available places for each session.

At Texecom, we are doing our best to support installers through these uncertain times. One way we can help is through the use of our digital services. Texecom installer training courses

We are pleased to announce further initiatives to help professional installers expand their knowledge and gain valuable insights in an online environment.

From Monday 6th April we will be running a series of free online Texecom Academy workshops Monday - Thursday every week until further notice.

Each course begins at 9am BST and will last between 2 and 4 hours. Workshops will be delivered by one of our dedicated team. Courses are tailored for new and seasoned professionals alike and cover our extensive range of products and services. Whether you are new to Texecom or an existing partner, we are sure you will find the workshops valuable.

Registration via Eventbrite for all April courses is open now, simply click on the date of the workshop you are interested in and follow the registration process. 

The training is delivered online with a maximum of 250 entrants per session. When opening the meeting link, you will be taken to a web page where you can join as a guest using a web app.
