Texecom is pleased to announce a firmware update for Premier Elite control panels.
Premier Elite V5.02 corrects a specific issue where Guard Access zones behaved incorrectly under Part Arm Set conditions. This issue was only present on Premier Elite V5.01.02 firmware; details and corrective actions are available here.
Premier Elite V5.02 firmware includes additional functional enhancements and minor bug fixes, including:
- SmartKey configuration is now defaulted to single-stage arming
- ARC acknowledgments are now included in the event log
Premier Elite V5.02 is compatible with Texecom Cloud Services, Wintex V7.2.2 and Ricochet Monitor V2.18.7
Upgrade Premier Elite V5.XX to V5.02 remotely using Texecom Cloud Services
You can now upgrade Texecom Elite V5.XX control panels to V5.02 remotely using Texecom Cloud Services. To upgrade an installed Texecom Premier Elite V5.XX control panel simply access the site via the Texecom Cloud, click 'Panel' and then 'Upgrade Firmware'. Details for this can be found here
