To streamline our product portfolio and to make product selection easier for customers, we are discontinuing some older models that have been superseded with superior product alternatives.
Product Discontinuation Notification - Premier Elite ComWiFi
The Premier Elite ComWiFi has been superseded by the Texecom Connect SmartCom. The Texecom Connect SmartCom is a superior communicator combining Ethernet and WiFi communications using cloud services, simplifying installation and removing port-forwarding. The Texecom Connect SmartCom is required for use with the Texecom Connect App.
The Premier Elite ComWiFi is discontinued with immediate effect as the WiFi-enabled Texecom Connect SmartCom is readily available. We have a small quantity of Premier Elite ComWiFi’s with external antenna (CEK-0002) available for order within the next 4 weeks.
Product Discontinuation Notification - Mirage Series Detectors
The Mirage Series pioneered s-band dual technology motion sensing technology but has been superseded by the superior Premier Elite range of detectors. As a consequence, the vast majority of Texecom customers are already using the widely acclaimed Premier Elite DT dual technology detector. Texecom are now offering a last time buy on Mirage Series detector models.
Product Discontinuation Notification - Premier Elite OP16
The Premier Elite OP16 duplicates functionality found in Premier Elite 8XP expanders, and customers have shown to overwhelmingly prefer using Premier Elite 8XP for both output and zone expansion. The Premier Elite OP16 is discontinued with immediate effect as an alternative and superior product is available.
